The innovations, ideas, and creativity I am able to provide to our program have the greatest impact on those two specific areas: recruiting our athletes and marketing our program. I created the adjacent video to sell how those innovations are woven into everything we are.

My design work isn't limited to digital platforms. I have led renovation projects over office space and locker rooms. Additionally, I provide and oversee the annual graphic updates to spaces like lockers that need regular updating.

As budgets grew tighter and workloads grew larger, I connected with a university program to hire student help with a split funding model to lighten the fiscal burden. Not only did it help with productivity, but it also folds in with our core value to mentor and positively impact others, giving FSU students an opportunity to be around an elite athletics program.

Developing relationships with key donors to our program is what has afforded me the ability to innovate and give our program the edge it has. From creating opportunities for our donors to connect with our athletes to special travel excursions, I make sure our donors truly feel a part of what we are accomplishing on and off the court.

Woven through everything I create visually and experientially is a drive for elite culture. Team comradery is essential to a successful program and it is my responsibility to create experiences for our players both in Tallahassee and while traveling, where they can connect and create memories that will last their lifetime.

It would be easy to rely solely on our basketball coverage to provide exposure for our program. However, that alone wouldn't shed light on the people and the character we develop. I regularly handled setting up opportunities for our athletes and coaches to serve our city and connect with people outside of the sports and university world.

To ensure that our look, image, and brand gets represented in the best way possible, I contracted professional photographers and film crews along with makeup artists and hairdressers to collaborate with myself and put together packages of content we could use to promote our program. The budgets for such projects varying from $10,000 to $70,000 in a single year.
