I am currently employed as the Chief of Staff for the Florida State Women’s Basketball team, where I have spent the last 14 years.
My experience with the FSU Basketball team has been vast and has cultivated my appreciation for fast-paced, demanding, and fluid work environments. Working for a high-profile team at a major university in a power five conference, I have had the opportunity to wear a number of hats. This experience has taught me how to balance a full plate without sacrificing efficiency or quality.
Event planning, fundraising, managing budgets, video production, photography, graphic design, hiring & managing third party creative agencies,
facilitating outgoing correspondence,
customer engagement & experience, customer service, community outreach, and media events are the primary areas in which I have oversight.
In addition to my involvement in the development of our program, I believe that my experience working directly with the head coach has provided me invaluable leadership training.
